QI/QA

 What is QIQA?

The Quality Improvement (QI)/Quality Assurance(QA) department’s primary responsibility is to direct and manage clinical initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote improved health outcomes through assessments and audits of the measures gaps, patient satisfaction results, daily workflows and software used by the Health Centers.


2022 QIQA Team Goals

·   Gain PCMH Recognition for the Health Centers

The PCMH, also know as the Patient Centered Medical Home, is a team-based health care delivery model led by a health care provider team to provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients with a goal to obtain maximum health outcomes.

·   Complete 4-6 PDSA’s in areas for improvement.

Plan-Do-Study-Act, is a four-stage, problem-solving model used for improving a process or carrying out a change.
