Bunker Conference Room Request

Hey Sheeps!

I wanted to let you all know of a very important feature that has been added to HERDTHAT! In an effort to make the scheduling of the conference room cohesive and streamlined, I will be taking over all requests for the use of the conference room. We would like for you all to submit any and all request through here.

Here’s how to get to it:

click “TEAM MEMBER RESOURCES” on the top of the page

then “BOOK THE CONFERENCE ROOM” and be sure to fill out all of the information requested!

Once you submit your request, if there are no other conflicts, I will add it to the calendar and send you an invite through Outlook letting you know your request has been approved and scheduled.

If there is a conflict, I will reach out to you to let you know and suggest some other times that may work.
