With the holidays approaching, have you considered cashing out your PTO?

The application period to cash out PTO will be from November 11 – 26, 2024.

If you have extra PTO and would like to cash it out for 75% of the base rate, please fill out the PTO Cash Out application form HERE and return it to Katie in the HR department between now and the 26th of November You can scan and email the form (please do not direct scan) or place it in the Katie/HR folder by the deposit box at your GSCC location.

Guidelines:

• You must have the PTO already in your bank.

• You must leave at least 40 hours in the bank.

• Maximum cash-out limit is 80 hours.

Payment for these cash out hours will be during the first full week of December, and will be direct deposited.
