CORE VALUE CHAMPION PROCESS CHANGING!

I am happy to introduce to you all the New and Improved Core Value Champion process. Effective immediately, ANYONE can submit a nomination, and you can nominate ANYONE for the Core Value Champion. We have simplified the nomination form and we will be keeping the nomination period open throughout the quarter. So if you see someone displaying one or more of our core values, take a minute and send in a nomination. Click “read more” to see the nomination form and review full process.

Here’s how the full process will work:

• Nominations will be submitted by clicking on this box. Please be as specific as possible

• If more information is needed either Traci or Tiffany will reach out to the person making the nomination for additional information.

• All nominees will be reviewed by the HR department and their immediate supervisor to determine if there are any issues to consider (tardiness, excessive absences, disciplinary action, etc.).

• Once reviewed by HR and the immediate supervisor, all remaining nominees will be presented to the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team will narrow the nominees to the TOP 5!

• From those TOP 5, they will choose the Quarterly winner.

  • Winner will receive $500

  • Supervisor of the winner will receive $250

  • Other 4 Nominees will receive $100 gift card
