As we approach the evaluation period, it's time for each member of our team to reflect on their performance over the past year.
Why Self-Evaluation Matters:
Self-Reflection: Self-evaluation allows you to reflect on your accomplishments, strengths, and areas where you can improve. It's a chance for you to take ownership of your own professional development.
Goal Setting: By identifying your strengths and weaknesses, you can set meaningful goals for the upcoming period. Clear goals help guide your efforts and contribute to your overall success.
Communication: Your self-evaluation provides valuable insights for your supervisor. It helps them understand your perspective, challenges, and aspirations, fostering open communication and alignment.
How to Complete Your Self-Evaluation:
Be Honest: Reflect on your performance objectively. Acknowledge your successes and areas where you may struggle.
