SHEARLEADER "TRYOUTS"

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our SHEARLEADERS (team engagement) group! As a member of this group, you will work with other like-minded individuals to plan and execute activities that promote team building, appreciation, and employee engagement.

If you're interested in volunteering, here are some things to keep in mind:

• You should have a good understanding of the purpose and goals of the team engagement group.

• Consider your strengths and how they can contribute to the group's success. There are several different strengths needed to make this team successful, so we welcome any interest!

• Attend meetings and participate in activities to build relationships with your colleagues.

• Provide feedback on the group's activities and events to help improve future events.

• Volunteering with the SHEARLEADERS is a fantastic way to make a positive impact on our organization while building strong relationships with your colleagues. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and are committed to making a difference.
