It’s almost the DOLLA-days!

Cash out that PTO!

With the holidays approaching, have you considered cashing out your PTO?

The application period to cash out PTO will be from November 6 – 20, 2024.

If you have extra PTO and would like to cash it out for 75% of the base rate, please fill out the PTO Cash Out application form "HERE" and return it to Katie in the Finance department between now and the 20th of November.

Please scan and email the application so I will receive it in a timely manner, as I work remotely.

Guidelines:

• You must have the PTO already in your bank.

• You must leave at least 40 hours in the bank.

• Maximum cash-out limit is 80 hours.

Payment for these cash out hours will be prior to December 12, and will be direct deposited.
