Accepting Nominations!

The new Core Value Champion form as been updated and ready for responses!

We received so many amazing candidates for last quarter that we have changed up the voting process. For this quarter, you will nominate your candidate with a story of how they exhibited a GSCC Core value. Once the time comes, the leadership team will narrow it down to 1 candidate per Core Value,  they will then select 1 overall CORE VALUE CHAMPION.  

REMINDER:

ANYONE can submit a nomination, and you can nominate ANYONE for the Core Value Champion.  We have simplified the nomination form and we will be keeping the nomination period open throughout the quarter.  So if you see someone displaying one or more of our core values, take a minute and send in a nomination. 

Here’s how the full process will work:

• Nominations can be submitted here.  Please be as specific as possible

• If more information is needed either Traci or Tiffany will reach out to the person making the nomination for additional information.

• All nominees will be reviewed by the HR department and their immediate supervisor to determine if there are any issues to consider (tardiness, excessive absences, disciplinary action, etc.).

• Once reviewed by HR and the immediate supervisor, all remaining nominees will be presented to the  Leadership Team.  The Leadership Team will narrow the nominees and select one candidate for each Core Value and one overall Core Value Champion.

Of those candidates:

• Overall Core Value Champion will receive $500.

• Supervisor of the winner will receive $250.

• The remaining 5 candidates that were chosen to represent each of the Core Values will receive $100 gift card.
