It’s Open Enrollment Time!

Please log in to eSelfServe HERE and click on the Benefits tab to make your selections. Our 2025 Benefits Guide is attached HERE. Once logged in to eSelfServe on a computer, click on the Benefits tab, and click on the blue "Learn more about the Benefits Enrollment Process" to get started.

The deadline to choose your 2025 Benefits will be Friday, November 15, 2024.

If you do not wish to make any changes to your current plans (NOTE: some premiums did change), please let me know if you’re not adding the plans in yourself.

This is a great time to make sure your mailing address and contact information are correct. Check on your emergency contact, look at your beneficiaries to make sure everything is still accurate. If you are needing more information about beneficiaries click HERE!
