NEW YEAR - NEW PTO PROCEDURES!

As we are preparing to close out 2022 and welcome in 2023, I wanted to remind everyone that beginning January 1, 2023 you will NO LONGER be able to borrow UN-accrued PTO. You will only be able to use the PTO that you have accrued to date. So if you do not have enough PTO to cover an absence it WILL be UNPAID and will likely be considered abuse of PTO. So plan your absences carefully so that you have plenty to last the entire year. Don’t forget! You can rollover PTO annually until your PTO balance reaches 216 hours.
