Hey Sheeps! Ready to spread positivity, earn wellness points, and lend a helping hand to our neighbors? Come join us for a special volunteer opportunity at The Food and Resource Center of Southern Oklahoma on Friday, March 22nd, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

There have been lots of questions and confusion on how the gym reimbursement process works, so I wanted to lay out the entire process for more clarification.

As you all know, January 15th is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Each year on this historic day, the HFV Wilson Community Center hosts a parade to celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King’s fight for justice, equality, and the continued progress of our country.

Wow, what an amazing organization to be a part of.
